REGISTRED NURSE in Skilled Nursing Facility

Must possess Oregon State Board of Nursing license. Wage scale depending upon experience. Starting wage with no experience: $28.00 hr. Credit for prior years’ experience given up to $33.30 hr. If you have an out-of-state RN license, we do provide financial assistance in obtaining your Oregon license.


CNA

Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant certification required. If you have an out-of-state CNA certification, we will provide financial assistance in obtaining your Oregon certification. Starting wage with no experience is $11.50 hr. Credit for prior years of CNA nursing home experience is given with wage range up to $13.35 hr.


ALF CAREGIVER

This position provides care and assistance for Assisted Living residents and doesn’t require certification. Wage range is from $10.85 hr to $12.20 hr.


COOK

Food Handlers Card required. Requires 1 year of cooking experience in health care facility or restaurant and previous experience following cooking instructions and reading menus. Job Duties: Cook, read menus, follow recipes, clean up, wash dishes, assist where needed in facility. Breakfast, lunch and dinner preparation.

Pioneer Nursing Home Health District is seeking one RN and one LPN

 

Summary of Incentive:

Pioneer Place Nursing and Rehabilitation will make current monthly student loan payments (up to $200 per month) for an RN or LPN for as long as they are employed and working for the District more than 30 hours per week.

 

Conditions of Incentive:

•  The RN or LPN must have a current Oregon State Board of Nursing license in good standing.

•  Pioneer Place must be able to hire the RN or LPN under Oregon law, rules and regulations.

•  The RN or LPN must apply for a position at Pioneer Place. Applications are available on-line at www.pnhvale.com .

•  The RN or LPN must pass a criminal background check through Oregon’s Criminal Background Check Unit.

•  The RN or LPN must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

•  Student loan payments are only applicable to existing student loans, not loans acquired after the Pioneer Place hire date.

•  Student loan payments will be paid directly to the lender, not to the RN or LPN. These loan payments will commence after the first month of employment that the minimum number of hours worked exceeds an average of 30 hours per week for four weeks.

•  Student loan payments will be paid for as long as the RN or LPN remains employed and working more than an average of 30 hours per week averaged over four weeks.

•  Student loan payments will be in the amount of the existing loan monthly payment, not to exceed $200.00 per month.

•  This recruitment incentive offer will expire October 15, 2018.
