Maintenance Assistant


Duties: Assist the Maintenance Director in general and specialized maintenance of the facility. Assists with maintaining written records and data entry to document repairs and scheduled maintenance. Computer skills are required for data entry and I.T. problem solving with installation and maintenance of office computers. The ability to lift, turn, walk, stand, enter crawl spaces, climb ladders, work in small enclosed areas, repair appliances, fixtures and equipment. Painting, wall repair and finish work when needed. Floor care and floor maintenance as needed. Workplace is an eldercare facility and the comfort and safety of residents is the top priority. Oversight of the housekeeping and laundry departments in the Maintenance Director’s absence. The successful candidate must be friendly, personable and patient with co-workers and residents of the facility. Work attire must be professional, clean and good personal hygiene is a necessity.

Schedule:  Dayshift 5 days per week. Schedule flexibility is required for emergencies and vacation coverage.

Wage:  Depending upon experience and successful applicant’s skill set, $13.50 - $15.65


REGISTRERED NURSE in Skilled Nursing Facility

Must possess Oregon State Board of Nursing license. Wage scale depending upon experience. Starting wage with no experience: $25.00 hr. Credit for prior years’ experience given up to $28.95 hr. If you have an out-of-state RN license, we do provide financial assistance in obtaining your Oregon license.


Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant certification required. If you have an out-of-state CNA certification, we will provide financial assistance in obtaining your Oregon certification. Starting wage with no experience is $11.50 hr. Credit for prior years of CNA nursing home experience is given with wage range up to $13.35 hr.


This position provides care and assistance for Assisted Living residents and doesn’t require certification. Wage range is from $10.85 hr to $12.20 hr.
